How is bear height measured?
From the tip of the ears to the toes, with the bear lying flat. A “5-foot bear” sits roughly 42 inches tall against a wall — that’s normal across the industry, and our Size Guide shows sitting heights for every size.
Which size should I get?
Kids under 8: 3 ft. Teens and adults: 4–5 ft. Grand gestures and proposals: 6 ft+. When in doubt, size up — nobody has ever complained a teddy bear was too big.

Why does my bear arrive compressed?
Vacuum compression protects the bear and makes a 6-foot giant deliverable. He re-fluffs to full size in 24–72 hours. It’s a bear, not a soufflé — compression doesn’t hurt him.
Can I ship directly to the gift recipient?
Absolutely — that’s most of our orders. Packaging is plain and unmarked, prices never appear inside, and you can add a free gift note at checkout.

Are your bears safe for babies and toddlers?
All materials meet ASTM F963 and CPSIA federal standards, with embroidered (not plastic) details available across the range. For children under 3, follow standard supervision guidance for any large plush item.
How do I clean a giant teddy bear?
Spot clean with mild soap and water, air dry, and brush the plush to refresh it. Full washing-machine immersion is a no for bears this size — our care guide covers deep-cleaning tricks.

What if the bear arrives damaged?
