The 30-Day Bear Hug Guarantee
If your bear arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you in full within 30 days of delivery. Send a photo to hello@plush-toys.com and we handle the rest — no return-shipping gymnastics for defective items.
Changed your mind?
Unused bears in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Because giant bears ship in specialized compressed packaging, change-of-mind returns need the original packaging, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the bear arriving back home.
What we can’t take back
Bears that have been washed, personalized, or thoroughly loved. (We think that’s fair.)
