A clear plan for returns

This is a draft return policy for testing, not an active commercial offer.

The example return window is 30 days after delivery. The assumed condition is unused, clean and with original tags. A return request would be reviewed before instructions are provided.

Return shipping costs, eligible products and refund timing remain to be finalized. No U.S. return address has been assigned. Do not send a parcel to an address used by another Plush Toys store.

Demo orders cannot be returned or refunded because no payment or shipment takes place.
